Circuit board assembly
Our state-of-the-art machines allow us to quickly and automatically manufacture your prototypes as well as produce small and large batches. This also includes the processing of the latest components and housing formats on SMT, THT and mixed assembly equipment.
AOI testing
AOI (automatic optical inspection) makes it possible to visually inspect all manufactured components during every step of the production process. The adapter-free inspection is complementary to the in-circuit test (ICT), which is also part of the standard test. It eliminates the need to locate open solder joints during the ICT in cases where there is no room for test points on high-density circuits on miniaturised electronics.
